RMT Performance Garage is designed as a complete environment for mechanic businesses, tuning shops and automotive-focused roleplay. The location combines a clean industrial design with multiple dedicated work areas, functional access systems and custom-built details throughout the entire facility.

The garage includes several individual workshop areas, dedicated paint booths, a car wash, storage areas and a separate dyno room. Large custom folding gates provide access to the main workspaces and are controlled through a dedicated system instead of relying on standard GTA door behaviour.

A custom facility control interface allows selected garage functions to be managed directly from an integrated tablet system, including gates, facility access and lighting.
